DTech Innovations · Cloud architecture, platforms & AI
I'm Duncan Tilliole — AI Platform Architect, .NET Lead Developer and Azure expert. For more than 6 years I have been designing platforms, applications and innovative products for agriculture, energy, water, luxury, probate genealogy and legislation.
About
DTech Innovations is my software publishing sole proprietorship. It carries two ambitions: architecting robust cloud & AI platforms, and putting that expertise at the service of demanding clients — from start-ups to large groups.
My playground: architecture, AI platforms, audits and technical team leadership — with a clear preference for mastery and innovation over repeated execution.
Available from January 2027 for audits, building commercially viable products and complex solutions, from small engagements to European-scale programmes.
Services
A specific need or a full project: these are the topics you can call me for.
Design of robust Azure platforms and AI foundations: architecture, security, scalability and cost control.
Cross-cutting technical foundations, uniform standards and AI adoption: I bring your teams together into one coherent "software factory", and train AI Leads who keep it alive at scale.
Design and development of AI applications: autonomous agents, business copilots, agentic automation and headless architectures, from prototype to run.
Azure architecture audit and code review: clear diagnosis, identified risks, an actionable remediation plan.
Team leadership, technical decisions, quality and delivery: I take on the technical ownership of your projects.
CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation and cloud cost optimisation: a calm, lean run.
Projects
Agritech, energy, environment and cloud platforms: a selection of the projects I designed, built or led throughout my career.
Industrialising agentic AI at Veolia group scale: 50+ specialised agents organised in business kits, a fully custom group AI platform and a network of AI Leads trained across France and Morocco, for a community of 100 to 150 people.
View project
A modular, 'plug and play' Azure foundation: every module — application or AI — becomes an independent micro-application, generated from ready-to-use templates and hostable elsewhere at any time.
View project
A project followed by the European Commission: automatically forecasting, via machine learning, energy loss on the high-voltage transmission grid to guarantee a reliable power commitment down to the megawatt.
View project
The app that simulates matings and prepares a semen order, anywhere: a cow, a bull among more than 4,000, and the expected genetic profile of the offspring — with inbreeding analysis and a visual comparison.
View project
Prim'Holstein France's all-in-one tool: bringing every application of the organisation together into a single web platform, for member farmers and technicians alike.
View project
The complete catalogue of bulls available on the French market — French and foreign — to compare, shortlist and prepare a semen order. Built to run fully offline.
